Privacy Policy Overview
This policy explains what personal information Warehouse Nine collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Warehouse Nine is operated by Wagner Antonio Quinalha Crosatti, located in Penapolis, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. For any privacy question or request, write to support@warehousenine.com.
1. WHAT WE COLLECT
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and billing address. When you contact us we keep the message you send. When you browse the site, our platform records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the site that referred you. We do NOT collect or store your card number. Card data goes directly to Stripe, our payment processor, and is never visible to us.
Data Usage and Third-Party Sharing
2. WHY WE USE IT
We use your information only to process and ship your order, to keep you informed about it, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud and abuse, to meet legal and tax obligations, and to improve the store. If you have given us permission, we may also send you occasional offers. You can withdraw that permission at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
3. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share the minimum necessary with: Wix, which hosts this store; Stripe, which processes payments; and the supplier and carrier that pack and deliver your order, who receive your name and shipping address. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
International Transfers and Retention
4. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Our business is located in Brazil and our suppliers may be located in the United States or in China. This means your order information crosses borders in order to be fulfilled. We only send what is needed to deliver your order.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and contact messages for as long as needed to resolve the matter. After that we delete or anonymize them.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. Write to support@warehousenine.com and we will answer within 30 days.
7. COOKIES
This site uses cookies for the cart and session.
8. CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. CHANGES
New versions will be published here.
