1. WHO WE ARE
Warehouse Nine is an online store operated by Wagner Antonio Quinalha Crosatti, a sole proprietor located in Penapolis, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. We sell consumer goods online and ship them to customers in the United States. You can reach us at any time at support@warehousenine.com, and we reply within one business day.
2. ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the item is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, or if we cannot verify the billing or shipping information you provided.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping is free on every order to the United States. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Because our business is registered in Brazil, your bank may add an international transaction fee. That fee is charged by your bank, not by us.
4. SHIPPING
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery windows, when shown, are estimates, not guarantees.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Your right to return an item and receive a refund is described in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
6. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We describe our products as accurately as we can. When we show a crossed-out list price, it is the maker's own documented price, checked and dated by us; if we cannot verify a list price, we do not show one. Photographs are illustrative and colors may vary between screens. Our products are ordinary consumer goods. They are not medical devices, and we make no health, medical or therapeutic claims about them.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may browse and buy from this site for your own personal use. You may not copy our text, images or layout for commercial use, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product or an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
